Tunstead Village Hall & Recreation Ground Committee
Tunstead’s original Village Hall was demolished in 1971, and since then residents have had only the use of a portacabin for club meetings and activities. Planning permission has been granted to build a new Village Hall complete with bar, meeting room and toilets but suffers from insufficient funding.
The Committee’s aim is to promote the provision and maintenance of a Village Hall and the Recreation Ground for the use of the inhabitants of Tunstead and Sco-Ruston.
You can check out details of upcoming events under What’s On.
The location of the village hall can be found here.
Reports of the AGMs of the Village Hall and Recreation Ground Committee, held at the Village Portakabin are available below.
The dates of the 2017 AGM will be published as soon as they are known.
The 2013 Village Hall & Recreation Ground Committee A.G.M. meeting was held 9th April 2013 and attracted support from a small but dedicated section of the community who were interested in the Committee’s plans (as announced in the March 2013 newsletter and here).
