Phone box opposite Tunstead Primary School

PLEASE NOTE: The deadline for comments has now past.

Today I saw that the phone box opposite the primary school in Tunstead had a notice posted by the North Norfolk District Council.

BT PLC wishes to remove some of the lesser used phone boxes in North Norfolk (see the Tunstead & Sco Ruston Parish Newsletter Issue 24 (dated December 2016/ January 2017). However, Parish Councillor Chris Oakes suggested that the phone box opposite Tunstead Primary School be adopted and used as a defibrillator point. To do this the Parish Council would pay £1.00, acquire the defibrillator equipment, and take over the maintenance, once the telephone equipment was removed.

The notice attached to the inside advices that comments on this draft decision be sent in writing by 12:00 Noon on Monday 23rd January 2017 by contacting:
