Once a year, there is the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the charity. This is the April date. There are five elected trustees. Trustees are elected annually, and may be re-elected. There are, however, an additional two representative members; one from the parish council, and one from the parochial church council. This gives 7 persons on the management committee. The chairman is selected at the first meeting after the AGM.
The public are very welcome to attend any of the meetings.
